I paid and they said they did not receive a payment and they said they do not deal with hotels.com anymore. They said they did not have rooms. I am still waiting for a refund. This is appalling and very unprofessional.

Eldoret city lovely place but Comfy bathroom is a pity. The shower overflows to the floor below. The restaurant food needs to improve. Overall for the money it is ok if you want a cheap place at a cheap rate but please don’t pay to much for this place

The staff were well organized and extremely helpful. I stayed several days in Comfy Inn and found everything satisfactory.

Very helpful staff, good food especially breakfast buffet, not as clean as I would like, central business district so very convenient if you have business in town.

I booked for my mother who was ill and had to be rushed to the hospital, on returning the lifts were not working and she could not get to her room upstairs, so she did not sleep in her room. Hence the cancellation of the 2nd day
