The guest arrived at the hotel and was informed that they did not have the reservation and they were already sold out. We had to make alternative arrangements for the guest to be hosted at a nearby hotel called Itibo Resort. The experience was very terrible and regrettable in view of the executive that was being hosted and the inconvenience caused.
