外国人観光客向けのホテルなのか、感覚の違いを受け止めきれず…1回で充分です。大浴場がびっくり汚くてお湯も臭うので、ほぼシャワーを浴びに行ったような…シャワーヘッドは高性能です。 でも立地のおかげで美味しいご飯が食べられて、サウナ聖地までバス移動して存分に楽しめて、空港バスのターミナルも直ぐで、移動には大変便利なホテルでした。

施設が綺麗で良かった。

観光、買い物にも便利な場所で施設も清潔感が有り綺麗でした。

The onsen

The location is really good which is just beside the tram stop and in the centre of the shopping district. Free drinks are provided in a cozy public area. Breakfast is served with Japanese and Western-style food.

スタッフの対応や設備など良かった。駐車場が遠かったので荷物の搬送が大変だった。

Nachts war es von draussen ziemlich laut (Motorradrennen oder ähnliches?), trotz des Zimmers in der 1. Etage. Ansonsten alles in Ordnung.

部屋に入った瞬間から、加齢臭のような臭いがしました。どこから臭うのか特定できませんでしたが、翌日まで臭いは残っていたので、頻繁に交換しない何かに臭いが染み付いているのだと思いました。

空港からのバスが到着する大型バスターミナルの道路向かいの好立地。新幹線だと距離がある場所。フロント階はセルフの飲み物等と大量のコミックがあり、ほぼ漫画喫茶的雰囲気。フロントも対応も親切。部屋も清潔で、大浴場もあり、観光・出張ともお勧めできるビジネスホテルであった。

The room is tiny but well thought out and you don’t spend much time in the room anyways! The amazing breakfast buffet more than makes up for it! The breakfast had such a huge selection-even after 5 days, it was never boring. The only thing I would add is more fruit!

Location is great but the hotel is a little dated.

Location is very near from Sakuramachi Terminal. Also it is center of main shopping street. Onsen was excellent, breakfast buffet also great.

Really impressed by this hotel. Room is small but is well thought out. #1 is having under bed storage space - it's really disappointing when this isn't available in a small room, so I was happy to see it here. Bathroom is a little smaller with no tub (which I don't need) but doesn't feel cramped because the sink is outside the bathroom. There are a number of super useful little shelves. The TV can't be moved so it's difficult to access the HDMI port on the back but then I noticed there is an HDMI port under the TV in wall unit! Wow, I was so happy! Also the TV is mounted on a swing panel for angle adjustment. The chair has a back and is comfortable. There's no wall desk counter, instead a round table which could be moved which was adequate for me. Also the bathroom floor is level with the room floor which is great. It's a well thought out room but I had one problem. For some reason the blackout curtain rail doesn't extend to the window edge! (It really should extend beyond) So it won't be able to block the light as planned but luckily I had some tape and was able to put up the curtain the last inch to block the morning light. Location in the shopping arcade just across the street from Sakuramachi and walking distance to the castle is suberb, and yet the room is quiet. Breakfast looked pretty good but I did not opt for it. I really liked stairway access so don't have to wait for the elevator every time.

Nice location , close to train and bus station . Convince for food and traveling . Highly recommend
