The place was clean except parts of the flooring was dusty… it gave my kids black feet from running around the room with barefoot. Also the temporary parking area at the front of the hotel were blocked off from a wedding car that day. Although not the hotel’s fault but I wish people are more considerate as I was driving with young kids in the car trying to check in but couldn’t find any nearby parking and the visitor parking were blocked by a wedding car. Perhaps the hotel shouldn’t allow that or at least properly park the car at an allocated space. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay.

I have stayed at the Albert now multiple times for work and have always had a pleasant stay. The rooms are tidy and always feel luxurious. Staff are friendly. I have another reservation soon and am looking forward to it.

I love the heritage feel of this small hotel. Beautiful room with high ceilings. I stayed in a suite.

Excellent location, modern facility, friendly staff. Wardrobe could do with some extra coat hangers and shelving this is a truly minor short coming

Spoke to reception about quality of pillows, requesting a flatter pillow as i was staying multiple nights. Reception did not follow up, not even a phone call. Consequently, i ended up having two straight nights of poor sleep.

Liked location . Disliked bathroom lighting and no vanity

Everything was excellent except in the bathroom. No hooks for clothes which had to be put on the floor. Urrgh! No shelves or drawers for basic toiletries , they too had to be placed on the floor. Not hygienic and not very clsssy or professional.

Would have given five stars all way but there was no hot water in morning not the hotels fault these things happen saying that clean rooms good bed and friendly helpful staff parking is a issue

Lovely boutique hotel convenient for our stay in Mosman. Very comfortable bed & large bathroom with bath, double shower but although large, lacked space for toiletries. The room also had a lovely wraparound balcony with seating but was located next to a noisy car wash, this didn’t bother us to much as we were out most of the time, but would have been annoying for anyone wanting to spend time on the balcony during the day. The staff were lovely although housekeeping was a bit hit & miss with our room not being serviced everyday during our 4 night stay. Breakfast was disappointing with little choice & small portions. Despite a few niggles still a very nice hotel in the area & we enjoyed our stay.

Love the friendly greeting, the welcome drink on arrival. The huge bed. Definitely recommend this accommodation.

The room was spacious clean modern the staff wonderful, helpful professional, the price reasonable and the location perfect. The views from our room was non-existent but it didn’t bother us at all as we were there basically to sleep and rest. I am sure that for a bit extra money the other rooms would have views if a pre requisite. However We were v happy with our lot. Many thanks

Great staff. Seamless check in. Great communication prior to arrival regarding limited parking. The room was small but adequate, very comfortable. Great water pressure. Would return here without hesitation.

A lovely 4 night stay as we had a Wedding in Mosman.

Loved my stay. Breakfast is much improved on previous stays. Love that now have espresso.
