I think insects like mosquitoes should be treated around the compound and the bedrooms

Overally I had a nice stay no complaints.The staff were friendly and I felt at home.Thanx Belinda and Charity.But could have been nicer if you allowed me enough time to check out,not like please hurry up because the other person using your room is on the way.

We had 3 nights in Grace Guesthouse. The room was basic but had tv with lots of channels, hot and cold water and shower. The staff is really nice. It is possible to order food in the guesthouse which was really convenient. The food was really nice. The guesthouse provides transportation to airport, citycenter, supermarket etc., which is also very convenient. Transport to and from the airport was $ 30,00 for the trip. Transport to the city center etc. Was $ 10,00. What we missed is a covered/indoor common area where you can be (to eat for instance) outside the room. All together certainly value for money and we would recommend this guesthouse to people that are looking for budget stay-over and don't want or need to be close to the city center

Not upto standard, faraway no transport, the staff nit friendly and not understanding

Not good for regular tea/coffee drinkers as rooms do not have such facility. Television was down and poor ventilation in the room I slept in.

The staff is really helpful very happy to assist very very punctual with dinner it was on the dot I was very impressed The food tasted really good The chef did a good job honestly. I wouldn't complain about the room because it was very comfortable laying on the bed The bed was a good mattress and also they have a drink machine and options to buy drinks as well The dinner is affordable and The gardens accommodate you to rest and relax and sit down they even have a swing at the back which is lovely I didn't get to have a go this time but I will next time.

There is lack of supervision on the cleaners. Sometimes bins were not emptied and if you tell the receptionist, they will look surprised and still will do nothing to rectify the situation until the next day. One of the receptionist had an attitude towards residents. They should put more photos showing the roo for someone booking online not only showing the bed. They need to fumigate as they were a lot of spiders and spider webs which were not cleaned. Overally, a good place only if they get a supervisor to double check work done

Their WiFi connection is unique. They just needed to improve on shower water

I was disappointed regarding the state of the rooms - not as advertised, no clean towels, no wardrobe, TV, proper curtains and toilet door. The staff were very polite

Really enjoyed my stay with my family .

Liked the staff very friendly, and helpful. More furniture needed in rooms for example did no have a wardrobe which would have been appreciated.
