Torturous stay. While the rooms were excellent and modern, there was a large party with booming music under my window that kept me up until 2am. Rooms have no air conditioner. So, it was 5-6 hrs of listening to heavy music in a hot room.

Clean rooms, great breakfast and good food

Hotels in this area are not western standard. This was considered one of the best but was a 2 star at best. Our room looked like it hadn't been touched in 20 years. Carpet was pulled up, toilet and shower flooded. The outside of the hotel is deceiving. Staff were very nice but service was very slow and food outrageously priced for Uganda. I will say the security and safety were very good.

The service was very good and the people working there are very nice and service minded.
