It’s a nice hotel but we had several issues. This was totally a last minute booking. When we got there we were told we needed to pay for parking $35 and $50 for deposit, (I get the deposit is pretty standard) we could not do a contactless payment, so it was kind of awkward trying to figure that out. I don’t think the employee was the nicest also. All my credit cards are on my phone. Anyway by the time we tried to order dinner, it was too late. Would have been nice if that was mentioned when we checked in. The tv just had regular channels which was mostly news, I don’t even remember the last time I watched regular tv. They have a section that says movies, which we tried to access, and couldn’t because you have to enter a PIN. I called the front desk and they told me I have to choose my own pin, which I tried several times and it would just say pin invalid. 30 to 45 mins later I called again to say I’m having trouble with the tv and I was told maintenance was gone for the day, that they would be able to come and look at it tomorrow morning, which was my checkout date. They did offer a $30 inconvenience Credit, to use at their restaurant. The bed was comfortable and nice. In the morning I did notice the wall by the desk had coffee stains and other walls has scratches and marks on them. The whole tv thing ruined it for me because I couldn’t watch anything or connect my phone. (Not a smart tv) you would think contactless payment and a smart TV is pretty standard.
