Very bad smell coming from bathroom and elevator vrijs frequently

Very dark inside the building. Needs more light. Furniture old. No major problems. Suitable for a short term stay (one or two nights)

This is an awesome hotel in the middle of downtown Hawassa. The staff will literally bend over backwards to make sure you are taken care of and have everything you need. The beds are comfortable and the showers are warm. The food at the restaurant is the best I came accross at a hotel restaurant in Ethiopia and the hotel is as centrally located as you can get. I only booked for one night initially but I ended up staying much longer because it was such a great place to stay. This will be the only place I stay in the future when I visit Hawassa.
