Staff was amazingly helpful

Clean room though no maid service during my two days.

We got there and they didn't have our reservation. But they offered room key so we can wait comfortable til evening for maneger to arrive. Room had no air-conditioning it was very hot. At that point we decided to leave. We found other hotel down the street that was excellent.
