Notified lobby of the air conditioner leak all i got was an im sorry

excelente ubicación, muy cómodo el lugar.

La habitación es cómoda, buena limpieza. Un poco descuidada. En la información dicen que se debe pagar el 13% extra si se desea factura pero me pidieron el 15%. El hotel está bien para una noche. Su desayuno es aceptable pero poco variado.

No me quiso cancelar la reserva

A minha estada no hotel G foi sem problemas algum. Quarto grande e bem arejado e colaboradores bem atenciosos.

El personal de la noche poco amable y la habitación no servía la televisión ni el agua caliente

Everything was great. Only down side was the construction being infront of the hotel. But the location is good area.

Overall the property is good but the shower drain pipe drained the water very slowly causing excessive water on the shower floor AND the toilet water tank was not fulling with water so the toilet could not flush, I had to fill water in the garbage can and pour it into the toilet tank to flush the toilet, my stay was for a one night layover, I had to be at the airport very early so this was very inconvenient

Me gustó mucho xq es un hotel nuevo. La ubicación no es de lo mejor

Very friendly staff. Very clean. Bed very comfortable. Television was useless because no clear pictures.

Stayed one night before returning to airport. Guy at check in was very friendly and spoke perfect English. Large room and shower. Great for the price. Not overly comfy for longer stays as no couch or easy chairs.

Todo bien , lo único es que cuando quieres pagar con tarjeta te aumentan un porcentaje me parece ilógico
