We have thoroughly enjoyed staying at Keikyu Ex Inn. The location was convenient with easy access to the train station / transportation. The staff were incredible, they were very helpful, friendly and polite. Thank you for making my family feel welcome.

Seulement pour une nuit, mais tout à fait ce qu'il nous fallait.

洗顔、化粧水、乳液、お茶、紅茶などなどあり、 カフェインレスのコーヒーがあったのも嬉しかった！ 洗濯機もきれいでした

チェックイン、チェックアウト後の荷物預かりサービス、滞在中コーヒー無料サービス、衣服の消臭スプレー等、細部に渡るサービスがうれしかったです。清潔感もあり良かった。 目の前のスーパーがあるのも便利でした。駅から近いのも魅力です。

청소상태 완벽했고 방 크기도 도쿄 도심 내에서는 큰 편이에요. 지하철역도 가깝고 주변에 편의점, 식당, 드럭스토어, 마트, 백화점까지 다 있어서 최고였어요. 다만 남자 직원이 손님을 보고 인사를 안해서 기분이 나빴습니다. 여자 직원들은 다 친절했어요. 다음에도 묵을 의향있어요.

Automatic check in was okay. Some staff were more friendly than others. The location is great.

出張で毎回利用していますが、地下鉄の駅も東京駅にも近くて便利です。周りにもコンビニやドラッグストアやミニスーパーがあります。室内も清潔でいいです。

Impressed with the hotel ! Comfortable stay, room design and size is good. Big enough to open both large and small luggage bags at same time. Massage chair at lobby, laundry status on TV, plenty of amenities. Can walk to Takashimaya. Nearest subway Kayabacho (exit 2) just in front of 7eleven is few mins walk.

The hotel locates in a quite community but also close to the subway station. Room is not too small compare to other budget hotels. Things are very clean and new.
