The hotel was fine for the amount of days we stayed. The only issue was the AC was controlled under a system that forced us to keep the window open which made it hard to sleep at night due to how much noise there was in Gran via. Overall the rooftop and staff was very friendly.

Madrid Grand Via’ nın göbeğinde olan otelden her yere yürüyerek ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Personel ilgiliydi. Kaldığımız oda rahattı. Yalnızca televizyonda netflix, youtube gibi seçenekler olmasına rağmen oturum açamadık, televizyonlar internete bağlı gözükse de entegre değil. Kahvaltısı gayet yeterli ve güzeldi. Biz memnun kaldık, gönül rahatlığıyla tercih edebilirsiniz.

Booked 3 rooms. Requested in advance that they be near each other. Two were but one on different floor. No reason why 3 rooms couldn't have been blocked with advance notice. All 3 rooms were different. One had bath/shower which wasnt desirable but no choice given, other 2 were walk in cubicles. Our room had 3 high steps in the room to separate entrance and bathroom area from the bed area. Very inconvenient with knee problem and not described in room description. Woken on last morning by the sound of cutting/grinding and hammering from floor above. Location excellent and staff super helpful. Clunky unreliable online check-in system.

El menú del desayuno es tipo buffet, todos los días es igual, pero tiene varias opciones para todos los gustos. tienen fruta, jugos, embutidos y quesos, huevo en diferentes presentaciones, verduras, pan de dulce, pan salado, churros y una máquina de café. El hotel está muy bien ubicado y la persona que está en la puerta de entrada es muy amable, servicial y atento a toda hora. Nos ayudo a buscar taxi y nos dio buenas recomendaciones. La habitación fue espaciosa, limpia y cómoda. Como sugerencia un espejo de cuerpo completo, sería un plus a la habitación.

I arrived at the hotel around 7:00 a.m. and went straight to check in. Although I was not greeted upon entering, despite two staff members being present at the front desk, a young blond male staff member did inform me that a room was available early, well before the official 3:00 p.m. check-in time. I appreciated this, as I was extremely exhausted. I was assigned Room 115. Unfortunately, the room had significant usability issues. The toilet was located in a separate, extremely small space that required sitting sideways to use—clearly not accessible or comfortable for most adults. After resting briefly, I left to get food and returned later to shower. The shower, however, was unusable. The stall door opened inward, leaving less than eight inches of space to enter, making it physically impossible to access.This room is not suitable for a standard-sized adult and raises serious concerns about accessibility and basic functionality. When I returned to the front desk to report the issue, I expressed my frustration, noting that the staff seemed already aware of the room’s limitations. I was initially told I would need to pay extra for a different room, which I declined, as the issue was not a matter of preference but of usability. Eventually, the staff agreed to move me. I was ultimately reassigned to a different room, 101, which was appropriately sized and had a functional bathroom and shower. Because of this experience, I would not choose to stay at this hotel again.

Everything was great except the bed. Two twin together than with each side slanted to the end it was like sleeping on top of a teepee. Otherwise everything else was great. Personnel, room and areas cleanliness, breakfast buffet and location.
