Easy check in process, and the rooms are so cozy and apartment style. Would definitely stay here again.

I love this little cozy place. I’ve also stayed at their other location. Both are clean, cozy, stylish and located in the heart of Old Montreal. And the morning croissants were definitely appreciated.

It was a wonderful place to stay. I think though if you have walking problems the stairs might be tough while carrying heavy suitcases. But the folks answering emails do remind us if we need help they can get help but to give them time to respond and get someone to help. My son and I had a great visit and made wonderful memories touring Montreal.

Great location and close to a lot of restaurants and bars.

Loved the TV streaming options - great during a storm. The body lotions/creams were a nice touch. We had reservations nearby which made the location perfect. The shower stall was somewhat slippery...

Belle chambre très propre, bel édifice, le système de check-in à distance se fait très bien. La communication des gestionnaires est claire et bien présente. L'emplacement est idéal. Les photos sont fidèles à la réalité, même que c'est encore plus jolie.

This place is a hotel without reception desk but all the self check in instructions are written very clearly. Definitely a hidden gem in old port Montreal, close to everywhere. Room is lovely with many amenities, I've been to Marriott and Hilton and this place is no different quality wise. The only thing is parking during events can be super difficult, but there is this underground parking called Complexe Chaussegros-de-Léry that was $20 for 24hr, and maybe 3-4 min walk from the hotel.

The only downside is the lack of an elevator.

Great hotel, felt like an apartment in the city! Excellent location, walking distance to everything! Lots of nice restaurants, cafes and things to see and do near the hotel. I would stay here next time I’m in Montreal.

J'ai adoré la chambre, quand je me suis réveilllée dans la nuit j'avais l'impression d'être chez moi. C'est chaleureux, grand, bien organisé dans un secteur agréable. C'était bruillant la nuit... je ne sais pas pourquoi, à toutes les heures j'entendais des bruits de bouteilles en verre dans les bouteilles. Mais j'ai quand même bien dormi!

Great location and the online/texting staff was very helpful in regards to answering questions and very prompt. Our room was large and well decorated with all amenities.

Very modern and new rooms. Comfortable beds. Even the couch was comfortable to sleep on. Big room! Very modern decor. Stylish. Only cons: walk up stairs only, no in room fridge, bathroom had moldy musty smell and no working exhaust fan (rm 304). Great location. Cool spot! Impressive!

this has a great location to explore the old city and tons of restaurants. The room was simple but comfortable enough.There is access for guests to a minimal kitchen and laundry room. It is an easy 10-minute walk to the cruise port. The negatives are a lot of stairs with no elevator, and no staff on the premises.
