Fab, location

A bit old but for the price it’s ok. The Boma Restaurant is great just on the expensive side

Excellent stay. Great upgrades from 2024.

Excellent upgrades in the room I had, compared to the room I had in 2024. As always the staff - Desk and House keeping- were friendly and efficient.

Perfect breakfast! The AC didn't work in th three rooms I visited.

Sehr gut. Lage könnte besser sein. Da kein Restaurant ausserhalb war, angewiessen auf Hotel Bar und Restaurant. Leider nur Kartenzahlung, nichts cash zahlen.

Can do better in all areas especially food

Stayed overnight between two flights. Close to both airports. Clean and functional room with AC and a comfy bed at a good price. friendly staff. Would stay again.

Roaches in the bathroom

A great room. Connected restaurant was good. Shower had handle that was difficult to operate (put on wrong?).

Boma Inn has a roach problem in its rooms. I reported this to one of the housekeepers but she said it was because there was a restaurant on the first floor. However, Boma Hotel, which is the fancier and newer hotel, also has roaches in its restaurant lounge area. Also, I had an unpleasant experience with one of the restaurant servers (a woman in dark colored/shaded glasses) who expressed displeasure at my request for tea, which I did not know was available for self service. Without telling me this, she grumpily walked away without saying if she would bring tea and finally brought it about 20 minutes later after I realized there was tea for self service. When I apologized to her for requesting tea when I didn't realize I could get it myself, she didn't even acknowledge my apology and again grumpily walked away. My friend, a local Kenyan, had to say something to her in Swahili about her attitude. After which, she turned to me to ask me if she looked angry. I just told her she did not look happy when I requested the tea and then apologized afterwards when I realized it was for self service.

Rigtig venlig og hjælpsom personale. Godt hotel til prisen

Alt var fint, badet ikke godt rengjort, toalettet satt løst i gulvet. Badet var også litt lite, måtte ut på gangen for å snu… 😀

Staff was very friendly and helpful.
