O hotel está em reforma, não tínhamos água quente no quarto l, a direção sabia e mesmo assim só no outro dia disponibilizou um outro banheiro para que tomássemos banho quente. Não foi uma experiência boa, ninguém quer chegar tomar banho com água fria

Muy bien ubicado el hotel puedes caminar a los restaurantes, tiendas, souvenirs, la iglesia,etc. los cuartos muy limpios y la calefaccion muy bien porque hacia mucho frío. Lo recomiendo ampliamente!!!!

In planning this trip, I had no idea of where to stay, but wanted something conveniently located and central to everything. In Medjugorje, everything seems centrally located because it is so small. However, this hotel is off the Main Street and somewhat separate from the crowds, which is nice. The walk to St James was no more that 5 minutes, the walk to the foot of Apparition Hill about 20 minutes. We walked everywhere with ease!! Also in planning the trip, we started in the US, flying to Rome. We spent 2 nights in Rome before flying to Mostar. I contacted the Hotel and they provided a shuttle from the airport to the Hotel for 70 Euro (2 people, a return shuttle was also provided for an additional 70 Euro). I all I feel it was well worth the expense. The Hotel was excellent!!! Very clean!!! But the best part was the staff!!!!!!!! They were very helpful in all aspects of the trip. The coffee was excellent, with espresso/mocha machine in the breakfast room and at the checkin counter. The breakfast was good with eggs and sausage or just eggs. Cheese, ham and sausage were also sliced up and available. Fruit, yogurt, cereal, juices and small pastries rounded out the menu. In all, excellent!! Overall, will I come back and stay here, ABSOLUTELY!!!!!!

Thus hotel is outstanding. As we joined a spiritual journey to Medjugorje, we knew we would be busy and in need of comfort. It would be difficult to beat the Palace for all your needs, and the quiet solitude, with an incredible view of Apparition Hill. I highly recommend this hotel and will be back.
