Severely outdated hotel. Most definitely NOT a family hotel as it is a "love hotel" and NOT safe for families. Entire room covered in yellow nicotine and the smell was horrendous.

Es la mejor habitación que me ha tocado en su categoría. Tiene todas las amenidades. La vista de mi habitación estaba muy bonita. Es curioso que uno tenga que solicitar a recepción que le abran la puerta de la habitación. Todo está en japonés, sería recomendable que hubiera instrucciones básicas en inglés, como el número de recepción y como encender las luces de la habitación.

So when we purchased this online the property looked gorgeous and the rooms looked clean and put together but once we got there we knew something was off. They don't have keys for your door instead they lock and unlock it from their office. Once we got to our room we realized this was a love hotel and nowhere online had it said this. The bedding was stained and the atmosphere was dark. We decided to check out early as we felt unsafe here. We tried to get a refund for the 7 nights we were not going to be there but we were denied. Overall this was a terrible experience. The best way they can remedy this is to say that they are a love hotel from the beginning.

It is very strange that you are being locked in the room unless you ask the staff to open , it means every time you go out , you need to ring them ! Doesn’t feel great when imagining disaster such as earthquake …. Staff members are helpful but no English speaking , nice location near a river and it’s a perfect secret spot for cherry blossom.

给人被軟禁的感覺!出門口的自由都沒有!因長時間沒有人入住，連飲水都有味!永不入住!

12時チェックアウトが嬉しいです 泡風呂を2つ入れて欲しいです 次回は、違う部屋を利用してみたいです とても楽しい時間を過ごせて楽しませて頂いてます。ありがとうございます

朝食無料、ウェルカムドリンクありなどサービスいっぱいのホテルでした。

空気清浄機までついていてコロナ対策がしっかりしていてとても良かった
