This hotel should no be up for renting The bath is disgusting and the taps on the sink needs to be refurbished. Air con in bed not tht cokd on one setting only. Fan in dining room hamging of ceiling. Broken floor tiles move when you walk on them. Id advise owner to fix up the property .would definitely not stay again or recommend 😑

For the money no, food, no drinks, no air conditioning throughout, only bedroom, no entertainment, no pool (not working) tv not working (no signal)

The beach was right across from this property the only problem was the water in the shower was not draining out quick enough but i didnt really pay any attention to it after awhile the view was amazing it was really quite at times but you can hear the people from the bar it was a lovely space very homey i wish the AC could circulate in the entire place but i love having the doors open to get the cool air as well it felt like a real jamaican experience will definitely stay there again i was on the second floor glad i wasnt on the third due floor. The receptionist and security guards was very welcoming and nice. Felt safe the entire time. There was ants but i think its when it gets cold but i would like if they spray it more or have a spray so we can do it i dont mind. I told them about it and they did come and do something but it happens in the early mornings. I loved it there probably because i am a country girl and they also fixed the faucet while i was there thank you for that but would love if the drainage in the shower would be fix too would definitely stay there again thought 8/10.

The receptionists was very nice a accommodating. Guards were pleasant. Very quiet, could do with some renovations, but overall nice relaxing stay.

Location was great and a great area. Just the air conditioning in living room could have made watching tv easier in the heat. Love the balconies!

Apt was a little out dated but otherwise it was just fine.

Request a king size bed and received a queen. Only 1 towel for 4 people.

The workers were nice very friendly and attentive to our needs not rude worked well with what they have to offer: you must take your own food and bathing items as necessary no soap and other things available I would stay there again I just wanted to see what it was like and I believe I would rather take my chances with the all inclusive option next time because if you were to book early the price would probably be the same so lesson learned when travelling book all inclusive early and if you were in the local area and just in need of a few days stay then good just use the fp option.

Very dirty

Dirty walls and with filthy stains not fit for humans.Furniture dated place needed a face lift.Is this a race thing black people are entitled to clean safe environment .

The bathroom, kitchen everything was old and dirty in my room shower curtain was hanging for dear life . They charge cleaning fee upon checking in but the room wasn’t even clean that room needs to be shut down for renovation sleeping on the street would be more clean

The room where i was is: 1. poorly maintained, and though I paid the mandatory US$20 for cleaning, nothing was done. 2.To make matters worst, the shutoff valve to the toilet leaked continuously, and it appeared that management knew, as there was a bottle of some sort placed under the valve to catch the water. 3. The kitchen had reasonable looking appliances, however the counter and the cupboards were unhygienic, as there was a roach which came out at nights. 4. Lastly, in my opinion, the photos do not represent the reality of the rooms.

Apartment needs renovation. AC wasn’t working. There was an all over the property and roaches. We were locked out of the room because of the door knob it was rusty, receptionist had to help us to get in the room. 3/10

Only had A C in bedroom that was not cold. First room first floor balcony door was not safe could see it was busted in before staff was nice enough to move me to 3rd floor was awful hot AC needed in living room The living room was so hot could not stay there. WiFi was awful very little hot water. Pan were awful to cook in dirty sponges refrigerator needed to be defrosted was not very cold. Staff was helpful but had to leave this place needs to be upgraded. Nice location staff on site were helpful but needs better AC and WiFi and hot water awful

I have never been so disappointed.I took a quick trip to jamaica as I have traveled there many times before and I chose to stay at this resot and? That was a terrible mistake. I was miserable the whole stay no working AC. It was so hot. They moved me out of one room the following day to another room. With the same problem on top of that, the AC was making noise all night long, I could not enjoy myself at all. I kept asking to speak with a property. Manager could not speak with them. Did not give me the correct phone number to call them. Just gave me a lot of run around. It was terrible and I will not be stand again because I felt I just wasted my money and did not have a great experience and it was my birthday. Am I anniversary just awful?

First off no one told me before i checked in that the room doesn't come with AMENITIES to say the least a wash cloths or just a towel that would be nice i definitely would not recommend anyone staying here place is very nasty dirty no one clean the apartment its Disgusting and not suitable for renting but i understand people gotta make money at every chance they get sp go for it but for me not or would not recommend it to anyone looking for a goʻd night sleep or somewhere to stay when going Jamaica

I had a nice stay and look forward to returning on my next trip to Jamaica.

There was a lot of ants in the room. They also had NO toilet paper to give us.
