The location is very strategic at it is located near central. If you're coming from SG the bus stops is just in front of the hotel. But since we booked the suites it is in the left most side, they don't have a lobby where you can store your luggage so better to communicate with the property before hand if you'll check-in earlier, of course additional charges may apply. The room was very spacious. It is big enough to fit a family but the bed is only good for 4 people. The bathroom is nice and clean as well. Our room is located at 29th floor so the view is better. I like that the Berjaya mall is just below the suites so we also get the chance to explore the area with good food and cute things to buy. The one who assist us with the check-in/check out is so nice also, he accommodated most of our requests. By the way if you're coming from the Philippines, better to bring with you a universal socket adapter as there is only socket working in our room. I would say that the interior is quite old, but it's clean so it's fine. All in all, we have a pleasant stay at this hotel/suite.
