Room was perfect. Super clean, friendly staff, amenities were perfect, and the breakfast offered in the lobby was amazing.

The room was clean, a bit loud in the morning because it was facing the Main Street. At check out the staff was not friendly. Parking is gated with lots of spaces.

I dropped my phone down the elevator shaft ... ugh. But the staff - both maintenance and front desk - went above and beyond to help me retrieve my phone. Awesome customer service! Friendly, kind and helpful. Highly recommend this property!

Great hotel very clean

Clean comfortable room that met our needs. The sliding bathroom door wasn’t as smooth as it should have been opening and closing.

Clean room, responsive staff

Room was nice, wasnt too happy with the notice on my vehicle telling me that my vehicle might be towed away if I don’t move it to the parking bay underneath the building.

It was a quick overnight at the Hyatt Kelowna, everything was Great!

We stayed overnight on a business trip. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, the beds were comfortable, and there was lots of parking. All we needed for our brief time in Kelowna.
