Room as cleans everyday. They fixed our AV unit.

We had a very enjoyable stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient for exploring the city. The only minor downside was that parking and check-in were quite busy, so we had to wait a little longer than expected. Other than that, everything was excellent. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I enjoyed the breakfast (eggs, sausages, pancakes, fruit, coffee, etc). There’s also a complementary coffee machine by the reception that you can use 24/7. The room was quite small but it had the necessary and it was clean. The hotel is well situated, about a 20 min walk from place des Arts. Would star here again.

Nice place

What a disappointment!! The room was tiny in the basement with no real window. We didn't know and weren't there any indications, whatsoever that it was when we booked. Parking garage was hard to find if you don't know the area..after tumultuous running in circles (one way streets all around), we found it... one of the reasons we didn't find it sooner is the fact that we relied on the directions the front desk gave us that were neither helpful nor accurate. They said 30 seconds further on the left on the same street. In fact that was a bus station. The parking was all the way hidden in the back, down the street, intersection with lights, left turn, squint to see a tiny p sign and drive this narrow lane to find it at the end of it..very interesting way of describing directions to a paying customer...breakfast was horrible. Processed paquets for every single item and paper plates. Even the coffee was terrible.

Friendly, helpful staff, nice comfortable room

Clean room and good location close to Quartier des Spectacles, the Village, and Plateau. The one irritation was that the ceiling mounted air conditioning unit has a temperature display that is extraordinarily bright during the night and lit up the room, making it very difficult to sleep.

Had an excellent time at the hotel, the coffee machine had very good coffee, no extra charge, staff was welcoming and nice.

This was my partner and I’s first time traveling to Montreal, and Quality Inn made the trip ten times better! I loved how clean and modern the rooms were, the TV had many diverse channels, the shower head was adjustable to height, the bed was comfortable, its quiet, and the view was amazing! The continental was good, it is filling and the coffee machine in the lobby is great! I definitely recommend this hotel, it’s close to some of the most hot spots, subway station, and more! The staff were super friendly too!

It is excellent that hot breakfast is provided. Staff is helpful to upgrade my room when we change the no. of people from 2 to 3. A quiet place for night rest. Recommend.
