For the price, the room are what you expect even a bit better! The location is perfect, the pub downstairs is good and not too noisy. The rooms and common areas are clean and in good conditions!

Nice staff, pretty comfortable room and not very crowded so the shared bathrooms were always available. But note that it is very very loud at night from the pub downstairs. If you’re a light sleeper then probably book something else but it was cheap as.

Great room but no aircon and the windows are sealed shut. Understand why because of the noise from the road but the noise from the speakers in the pub vibrates through the room anyway, traffic outside isn’t that bad. Nice staff, really clean, good location

I liked the clean showers and rooms, as well as kitchen. I did not like the overheating. I got heat exhaustion as the property was not adequately ventilated to cope with hot days (and also did not have air conditioning). I did not like that I had to leave my room during the hours of 9am-10pm due to the extremely dangerous heat levels.

Reasonable price and very clean. A bit loud from noise within the premises whether it was other guests or loud appliances from downstairs at all hours. Please remove the zipties holding signs on the "Slippery when wet" signs on the railing of the staircase to enter the property. I received two very large cuts to my hands caused by the jagged edges of these zipties.

Rough area of Melbourne wouldn’t let my cat stay here, our truck got tagged and room was unclean.

4 out of 5 Stars! Only issues were the pub noise levels, and aircon units outside most bedroom windows. Was very noisy and no screens on windows for summer nights. Food was great, staff were lovely! And very very clean.

You cannot beat the price of this place and it is fine for a night or two. The self check in and self check out service meant that you never talk to a staff member and none is on duty. I found that they did not get to my emails in the lead up to my stay. It is on a major road, and on an intersection so very load. It made it hard to sleep and I required headphones, again you get what you pay and this is very affordable for the area.

Only cold water- bathrooms are quite outdated and gross. However, very safe and convenient. Overpriced for what you get & good luck contacting someone about your booking.

A nice place with a hostel set up, but you have your own room. Has a nice bar below it.

Appreciate that the room is offered at a budget price, however a single old powerpoint under the bed to run both lamp and fan doubled up gives no access to charge a phone or other device overnight. Not good. Only a pedestal fan for cooling a hot room, and although the window opens, there is no security screen, so felt unsafe to leave open and not acceptable. An air-conditioner is not an unreasonable expectation. Don't mind shared facilities, but sinks should drain, and taps turn off, these facilities are very old and need attention (suggest time for updating).

Lovely comfy room, although it is on a noisy, busy cross roads, so light sleeper be warned, especially as accessing the rooms was also noisy with lots of bleeping. Really liked having a shared kitchen, although someone kept eating my biscuits and other guests were smoking in their rooms. 5 toilets were great but 2 of the 3 showers didn't have door let alone locks.

Hotel is in a great spot, can be a bit loud of a weekend but they provide ear plugs. Room was cozy and clean. Only complaint was bathrooms were definitely not cleaned daily like the sign said they were. Same paper was on the floor my whole stay and walls were dirty with red and brown stains

It is a decent accommodation in a hip area, close enough to CBD. It was good value and clean. My room was spacious but on the side where there is a really busy road, and the property is over a pub, so it was a bit noisy on the friday and saturday, but i used my earplugs and it was fine (the property also provides its own earplugs). A very pleasant stay

It was good value for money and easy to book.
