Excellent customer service and well maintained. Breakfast was delicious.

This is my second or third time staying at this hotel, but this time felt different. The room I was originally placed in was hot and the ac was not working. Overnight, while sleeping, the ac starting making a really loud noise that woke us up. We called the front desk, and he said he would send maintenance. After 10 mins, no one came, so I had to go downstairs and ask again. The manager calls the maintenance guy, who comes to the room and confirms we need to change rooms. We change rooms, but no apologies for the inconvenience or any offerings of any credit or anything. I had to ask if we could get a credit to the restaurant and the manager obliged. The restaurant staff was incredible and took care of us. However, the pool was broken too so we couldn't use it. Overall, the cost to stay in this hotel is not worth it.

The staff was amazing, they even got us a fridge. My issue was the lack of privacy in the bathroom. It was wide open, no actual door separating the room and the bathroom. Other than that it was pleasant.

Very good location and close to a lot of bars and restaurants. Great breakfast included. Coffee and pure orange juice!! Ham and eggs were delicious and fresh!

La mesera del día de hoy estaba de malas, la mesa de 4 que estaba limpia no tenía tazas para café ni servilletas. Nos regañó por querer sentarnos en una mesa sucia. Nos faltó una toalla de baño y se nos olvidó pedirla a la recepción. Reciclamos una para 2 personas…. El hotel es muy cómodo, nos gustó mucho.

It is always a pleasure and pleasant stay. Everyone is very professional. Safe and Beautiful place. The views of the city at night are amazing. I highly recommend this hotel.

Very upset that the pool was closed. Was the main reason i booked this hotel. 106 weather i took my family to enjoy the pool . Upset that i got charged full price but no pool. Also the rooms ac makes noise 24/7 Theirs no fridges. The tvs are old cant watch nothing smart. Main reason im upset is the pool i wish they would of offered a discount

Parking was not great, pool was empty and was a huge disappointment. Breakfast was fresh and room and facilities were clean..

La Alberca no estaba en servicio, y no nos informaron antes, por qué noviembre habríamos cancelado, muy mal de su parte no Informar, no hubo un descuentos por la falta de esa amenidad

Clean room, good attitude from staff.

Rooms were clean staff was friendly however we kept having problems with the key cards that were given to us first the room issued to us was not unlocking so we had to switch rooms then the elevators kept denyin access to go up and down. Second the free breakfast bar was very minimal. Stayed there a few times before and seems like they cut down on a lot of stuff, not much variety to choose from. :(
