Excellent stuff. Very clean hotel and customer service 💯

Room was clean, beds were comfortable. The parking attendant was very kind, we had our handicap sign and where allowed to park in front of the hotel.

Ot was good stay it could have been better I requested a couple of times for the ac to be fixed making strange sound but it was not fixed woke me up at night requested a room change but they stated they didnt have any available

We checked in at 3 o’clock. They had power outages. They made us walk up three flights of stairs. The stairs were filthy with building material laying on the floor all over total safety hazard, and they kept lying to us telling us that the power would be back on in about 15 minutes when they were doing maintenance they did bring it up though, but they only had it on for about 20 minutes and then brought it back down. They were not very helpful. I asked for a refund however since they didn’t have any power they weren’t able to process it so I had to go and book another hotel through your service. I did have power and AC. I am diabetic. I have health conditions. I have a heart issue and going up that many stairs does not help carry my own luggage. It also didn’t help that it was over 100° and no air conditioning didn’t even offer you a glass of water it was sad. I stayed up many Marriotts and never have had this type of Very disappointing I hope they do the right thing and refund me my money

I was disappointed that now they charge for hot breakfast

When i made the reservation the app charged me and at thr hotel they charged me again. So I paid 2 times for the same reservation

El aire no funciona al 100 y cuando me cambiaron de habitación el sofá de mi habitación estaba rota de las patas.

El Lugar es muy céntrico

Clean rooms and staff very kind. Was not a fan of the breakfast. Parking was a little tight.

The parking lot looks very safe. The AC blows cold and the room was very clean. Staff was very slow, unresponsive during check in. Had to wait for 20mins to be checked in.

Rooms clean, air conditioning nice and cold, staff helpful and knowledgeable about the area, but best part close to everything we needed to get to.

El hotel es bueno, sin embargo, la limpieza de la habitación no fue la mejor, dentro del closet había una ropa interior que seguramente dejo el huésped anterior y no la recogieron, me di cuenta al final. También había polvo en el piso, como si no hubieran trapeado, lo note al recoger mi mochila que es de color negro

We were excited to stay at this location due to the pool. Unfortunately the pool was not available and this was not the first time. So make sure if you go for the pool to first check if it’s working.

Buena ubicación la habitación bien, solo le falta más limpieza y poner amenizadas de agua, y shampoo y bolsa para ropa sucia
