Entering the hotel was very difficult, especially with luggage. One can not get close to the hotel with car, so the guests have to carry their luggage a good distance. The room was very small, inadequately equipped and had practically no cupboards or storage space. The beds were comfortable.

Room was clean with a nice view of the city. The bar was lovely in the sun, 2 4 1 on some drinks and cocktails made it better value but expensive at full price.

Excellent quiet clean and super comfortable hotel. Everything was perfect and the staff were accommodating, kind and thoughtful. They helped with a couple of requests I had and ensured I had a great stay. Superb value hotel.

Great location close to parking, railway station and central Newport amenities. Room was comfortable with great views from 14th floor! Breakfast was good, with hot & cold buffet plus additional items, like omelettes, available to order.

Staff was exceptional. Room clean & comfortable.

Top class Hotel. Only wish they had a swimming pool. Otherwise every thing, absolutely excellent.

Lovely hotel, staff are more than welcoming and accommodating. Room was spotless, slight issue with air con but not experienced this other times we have stayed.
