Perfect hotel

Definitely a 5 Star hotel. The hotel is beautiful, clean, spacious, and the customer service was excellent. My next visit will definitely include Bel Air Crest.

It was very nice, the room was quite clean, and I didn't encounter any issues. It's a bit annoying that the air conditioners stop working as soon as you leave the room. The breakfast is a bit lacking, there's no buffet, you get a tray with food to the room. The 'dining room' was under renovation while I was there, and the pool, when I first arrived, had green water. But on the third day, they cleaned it and made it clean again.

Actually very nice property. Hotel Exterior is a bit dated. But rooms are actually very nice and modern. Very decent and comfortable hotel.
