It had a nice pool & nice dining area. Waaaay too much walking tho. Butler service was horrible, worst ive had in 20yrs.

It was a great place to stay, I highly recommend it.

The hotel was amazing. Friendly staff, food was good as well. My spa experience was absolutely amazing as well. At the Spa, I requested a deep tissue massage and I must say, it was the best deep tissue massage that I have ever had. I don't recall the name of the massuese that conducted the massage but I showed my appreciation to a job well done.

Spa services were exceptional. Every meal was memorable. Service at the buffet was excellent along with the endless choices of real home cooked selections. Dont skip the rum raisin ice cream at the ice cream stand at night. We'll be back for sure!

Beautiful resort

Loved pool time! Especially the activities with the DJ (dancing, aqua aerobics, etc). Loved the Michael Jackson tribute! Overall great experience at the resort!

The property, staff and ambiance was amazing. The staffs were very professional. The Manager Janderson Feliz was nothing but professional and he went above and beyond to make our stay fantastic. Big shout out to Janderson and his staff. YaaaaMaaannn!

We enjoyed every bit of the resort! There were activities all day every day (for adults), the food was good, the staff was very friendly, especially Monica! Some of the restaurants you have to pay additional for like the lobster dinner at Buccaneers, but it was worth more than what we paid! We stayed in the walk out pool room and that was fabulous, plus it gives you 24hr pool time! I would highly suggest Ocean Eden Bay, it was worth every dime!

The property was very beautiful but the checking process is very long and unpleasant. After standing in line for over 30 minutes my room was not ready and was advised Ro go get something to eat and come back. There were no open restaurants to get anything to eat except the coffee shop. Every play wasn’t opening until 5p. Finally got the room the beds felt moist, was unable to order room service, not available still no food. So the first day was spent try to get room and food. The second morning was better, all the restaurants food was amazing but I do wish the jerk chicken was more authentic and spicy. The shows were fun, Disco was boring, pool parties music and dancing fun. Bartender in lobby great those bob marley shots were strong and good..Friendly staff

The property is beautiful, very nice. After you check-in and walk away from the desk, you’re greeted from someone else who is very sweet, kind, personable. They say nice things to you and then leet you know
