The staff were so gracious and helpful. I really appreciated their care and concern during my stay. The only thing I found difficult about my stay was the noise level. The sound-proofing needs work as the endless sound of stomping from the room above me caused me to wear noise cancelling headphones frequently while in my room.

I didn’t recieve housekeeping after 4 nights there. Lady at the front told me that I must Have left the sign that say no housekeeping but I told her no that wasn’t the case. I reported it to Expedia and she basically lied and said I had the sign on my door. Very rude and not very helpful. Basically saying customers lie.

Room was very clean. Appreciated the coffee station in the lobby. Staff were all polite and friendly.

Very clean room that was very spacious

The room is clean and the breakfast is fresh. We just want to point out one thing: not everyone eats pork. Please list the ingredients of fried eggs or anything else containing pork on a piece of paper so everyone is aware.

I made the assumption that all rooms had a tub but I guess nowadays a shower stall is more the standard. So that was a bummer but lesson learned to read the details better. Also….no alarm clock. Didn’t realize how much I look at clocks until there’s none available. But the staff was amazing! My room was nice and spacious. Hotel was very nicely laid out. I didn’t have time for breakfast but it looked like a delicious feast of hot and cold options. Waffle station, oatmeal, bacon and eggs, cereal…I might stay again just to get some of that! And the location was perfect for my needs.

The room was clean, the house keeping cleaned the room next day even when i did not ask because i was out in the city. Came back to clean and restocked all things in room. Excellent service!!

Clean room, friendly staff, good breakfast, lots of amenities within walking distance.

Room wasnt stocked like it should of been. Breakfast was good. Pool had soap all over the floor my son slipped hard and so did another man; they went to front desk, noone ever came to check
