Great hotel

My overall experience was not good. Staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good. However, basic services expected at a four star resort e.g. bathrobes for the wellness area was not available for most of our stay. We booked a deluxe 3 bedroom apartment and although it had a well equipped kitchen, dishwasher soap was not provided. We had to ask for our toilet paper to be replenished. The floors were also not clean and the carpets on our floor were stained and dirty. I cannot recommend Elements Resort and will certainly not book there again! I expected more for the price we had to pay. It seems like the change in ownership last year had a significant negative impact.

The hotel was excellent from the staff to the facilities. Although located outside of Zell am See it is a short walk (5 mins) to the nearest ski lift and bus stop, which has a regular service.

A stunning hotel, modern, well appointed rooms. Very clean and the restaurant dining was superb. The staff are the stand out, so, so helpful. Complimentary overnight parking in secure underground car park. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend staying here. It’sa must.

Reinigung der Zimmer und die Qualität der Mahlzeiten sind verbesserungsfähig…

Wir waren als Familie das erste mal in Österreich und haben mit dem Elements Resort die beste Wahl getroffen. Aber absolut mega gutes Hotel. Das Zimmer ( eher kleine Wohnung) einfach top von der Einrichtung. Der Stil ein Traum. In der Küche alles vorhanden was man braucht, von Geschirrspüler über Kaffeemaschine. Und das Highlight eine Saune am Bad dran. Die Mitarbeiter waren immer alle absolut freundlich. Das Frühstück besser geht es nicht. Der Pool auch absolut Top. Wir würden das Hotel immer weiter empfehlen und werden sicher nochmal wiederkommen ! Danke für diese tolle Woche

Smart design and very nice view

Lækkert fint og moderne hotel, vi havde et stort værelse/lejlighed til 4 personer (fam med to teenagere). Det ene sæt senge var en sovesofa, størrelsen var fin ( 180x200) men den var nu noget hård. Ellers var alt meget lækkert! God morgenmad, pool, parkering, og generelt bare en super beliggenhed til ture rund omkring. Vi fik Summer Card udleveret, dét var super, og er fx adgangsgivende til stort set alt off. transport og liftsystemer i området. Klar anbefaling herfra!

Excellent service with top quality from arrival ti departure. The MD & team made the stay 5 star feeling. Our dog was welcom and the team out a dogbed in the room. If we ever go to Zell am See again this hotel is the only hotel we Will chipsen.

One night stop over in Austria. Big nice up-to date room and quite clean. Only some small dust under the beds. The hotell kitchen were not far from the room and some food-smell were able to reach the hotelroom.

Rundum gutes Hotel!

Wir waren rundum zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt! Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und zuvorkommend – wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr willkommen gefühlt. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ein echtes Highlight: lecker, abwechslungsreich und mit einer großen Auswahl für jeden Geschmack. Die Einrichtung des Hotels ist modern, stilvoll und sehr einladend. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns der kleine, aber feine Spa-Bereich mit dem beheizten Outdoor-Pool – perfekt zum Entspannen. Zudem haben wir uns über ein kostenloses Zimmerupgrade gefreut, was unseren Aufenthalt noch besonderer gemacht hat. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Das Hotel ist an sich wirklich toll. Frühstück, das gebuchte Zimmer alles wirklich sehr gut, bis auf die sehr unbequemen, weichen Betten.

Friendly staff clean and modern great spa and sauna - breakfast very good and staff helpful but unobtrusive. Nice outdoor pool and room facilities with oven fridge etc. Only thing which could have been good is the tv - no english channels - however we were out taking advantage of the walks and excellent public transport with the summer card.

Es war ein wirklich schöner Aufenthalt. Die Mischung aus Skifahren, Sauna, Pool und sehr leckeres Essen war super. Wir würden das Hotel wieder buchen.
