Terrible, inescapable smell in the room. Didn’t feel able to trust the water in the bathroom. Very dated decor, and had to ask for a bedside light (which they did eventually find for us) as the unshaded main bulb was super bright. Only one socket worked. The area was not the nicest either.

Chambre juste au dessus d une boite de nuit . Moteur de la clim a 19cm au dessous de la fenetre dd la chambre, un bruit incroyable. C est les 2 pires nuits que nous avons passés pour notre séjour en Rapport qualité prix ca ne vaut pas le prix de la chambre.

From the moment we arrived, there was an unpleasant smell lingering throughout the entire property that made it hard to feel comfortable. If you're someone who enjoys a morning coffee, be warned—there’s no complimentary coffee or in-room options. Your only choice is a vending machine, which feels unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one claiming to offer a pleasant guest experience. The biggest issue was being woken up at 7am by a woman singing loudly—nonstop until 9:30am. It wasn’t just a one-off moment; it was full-volume and impossible to sleep through. We weren’t informed about any events or reasons for the noise, and it seriously disrupted our rest. The room was clean enough, which I appreciated, but the bedding situation was uncomfortable. There was only a single sheet and an extremely thin blanket—no proper comforter or extra layers, which made for a cold and restless night. The hotel is located quite far from the city center, but I will say that access to public transport is relatively easy, so getting around wasn’t too difficult. Overall, this stay was far from relaxing. With some basic improvements—like proper bedding, coffee service, and noise control—this place could be decent, but as it stands, I wouldn’t stay here again.

A deux pas de la "feria/fira" de Valencia. Donc à proximité de la ligne 4 de tramway en période de foire-expo. Le bus est aussi à proximité immédiate et les deux stations de métro à environ 10 minutes de marche. Le quartier est calme, typique d'un pueblo de banlieue de grande ville. L'hôtel est certes vieillissant voire vieillot, mais reste tout à fait correct. L'équipement est suffisant. L' équipe d'accueil est tranquille et serviable. Des distributeurs sont à disposition pour de petits besoins en boissons/snacks. Une hypérette Mercadona est très proche, on y trouve tout le nécessaire. Un rapport qualité/prix tout à fait satisfaisant. J'y retournerai sans problème en cas de besoin.

Muy buena para el precio por habitacion.

Las instalaciones son muy mejorables. Las habitaciones huelen mal y el descanso por las noches es complicado. Varios coches con música alta aparcan por la zona para beber en la calle. Hasta las 4 am no hay silencio. El único punto positivo que encontramos fue la cercanía a feria.

Su staff muy amable, muy buena experiencia la estadia en el hotel.

Lo único interesante es el precio. Sucio, ruidoso e incómodo.

In der Unterkunft war es so kalt auch wenn man die Fenster geschlossen hat, außerdem gab es dort keine richtigen decken, sondern als Deckenersatz einen Bettlaken.

The staff was nice and very accommodating. Unfortunately that doesn't make up for the non working heat, which combined with the gaps around the windows made for a frigid experience at night. The practically open to the outside windows also didn't help with the noise coming from the night club located right next to it, where noisy drunkards can be heard from at night. The shower also had a weird issue where the hot water came in waves, making it so you either froze or got burned every 30 seconds or so, depending on where you adjusted the temperature in the cycle. Other than that, the location is pretty good with a supermarket on the same block and both a tram and metro station within easy walking distance, making it easy to explore the rest of the city from the hotel.

Nos metieron en una habitación que no se podía estar del olor a tabaco que había. Nos cambiaron a otra pero hacía mucho frío. No tenía aire caliente y los radiadores no funcionaban. Me dejaron un calefactor para calentar la estancia pero con el ruido que eso hace no se podía dormir. La ropa de cama era una manta fina y una colcha. Nunca había pasado tanto frío en un hotel.

No está mal, pero con el precio de la habitación.... Una vuelta si le daba

One night Stop off near the airport .Cheap, clean , no frills but adequate .Bus and tram into the city stop nearby .No drinks, food or breakfast offered but there are vending machines on site .We parked for free on a nearby street but hotel offers parking for about twelve euros per night ,Sheets and towels were clean .

Ruidosa , realizaron trabajos ruidosos a primera horas cuando aún dormíamos, el aseo de pisos y habitaciones comenzaron a realizarlo muy temprano (8am) aun dormíamos
