Staff was very kind. Bed was comfy, room was very clean and stay came with breakfast, which is great!

Comfort and cleanliness. Also it was very quiet and relaxing.

First staff member didn't say hello or speak with me after buzzing me in through locked front entrance. They continued to ignored me to take a call on hold. Only when a second staff member came several minutes later did I get decent service. While hotel rooms are nice, the lobby is a pain to access and not that accessible with doors that don't stay open when moving carts with luggage through. Breakfast only starts at 630am which is later than most hotels and not convenient for those that start work early. For the higher price they charge, I was expecting more.

Great location, clean throughout the building and room, easy parking, above average and variety of breakfast items that change each day (sausage links, sausage patties, scrambled eggs, hard-boiled eggs, freshly made pancakes, hot oatmeal, cereal, pastries various breads, yogurt, and oranges/apples.

Nice clean hotel. Good breakfast.

Better than average hot breakfast buffet

I like most things about the Holiday Inn Express in Brandon. The room was great and the breakfast is always good. I wasn’t impressed that i couldn’t get a bottle of water free. I didn’t like that someone was using a gas blower outside my window at 7am this morning

Block heater plug doesnt work. Although staff said its 10 minute on, 10 minutes off.

Staff were all friendly and the room was super clean. I liked the many lighting options in the room. I especially liked that there were both firm and soft pillow options in the bed. Breakfast was good, lots of options. I will stay again.

We had a great stay at Holiday Inn Brandon. The rooms were very clean and well maintained, the breakfast was excellent, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. I especially appreciated the variety of milk options and coffee creamers, t’s a small detail, but it really stood out. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Would definitely stay here again.
