Beautiful hotel - staff were wonderful - we really enjoyed our stay!

飯店位在低調奢華的南青山，離原宿、表參道、六本木都很近。Mini Bar飲料和零食都很用心準備，且不收取額外費用。服務人員很用心，酒吧也充滿時尚氛圍。

We lived the experience. Perfect location in a quiet neighborhood of Omotesando while close to the vibrant Shibuya and to the busy shopping area of Omotesando. We did appreciate the warm welcome and consumer orientation of the staff. Top of our list in Tokyo !

Grand Aoyama is a boutique hotel with an incredible location, very close to all the shops and restaurants in the Omotesando area. We were upgraded to a corner suite, and the experience was amazing. Floor-to-ceiling windows provided spectacular views, even in the bathroom. Breakfast on the 20th floor was excellent, with a beautiful view. Although it doesn’t have all the services of larger hotels (gym, spa, etc.), its design, location, and especially the kind staff make us miss it already.

This was quite honestly one of the most amazing hotels I have ever stayed in. Every aspect was wonderful from the service to the beautiful room. We were only staying in one of the basic queen rooms and it was better than suites I’ve stayed in at other hotels. I cannot thank the wonderful staff enough for their kindness and hospitality. We got engaged the night we stayed and they front desk staff were so helpful when I needed to get an adjuster for my ring which was a little big. They went out of their way for us and I am so grateful. What a beautiful experience this hotel was and I cannot wait to come back again and again!

Amazing hotel in an upscale part of town. We enjoyed car spotting at Gaien.

I think this is the best hotel in Tokyo. With friendly staff, delicious restaurants, perfect service, you can come here with an empty bag and still have everything you need. If I come to Tokyo again, I will definitely stay at this hotel.

Fabulous stay. Lovely mid-century modern rooms. Excellent amenities. Great location near a subway and east walking to many spots. Superb service. Would absolutely stay again and will recommend.

친절한 한국인 직원분들 덕분에 더 편하게 지냈어요. 긴자선 라인에 있어서 교통도 편하고, 오모테산도까지 걸어다닐 수 있어 좋아요.
