Clean good location

Beautiful rooms. Friendly staff. Quiet neighborhood in walking distance to many shops and stations.

10/10 Experience! We had a group of 9 people and the staff was super accommodating and friendly. The rooms are incredibly beautiful and spotless, plus the best shower experience I’ve had at a hotel. Also highly recommend taking advantage of the breakfast they have to offer. We will definitely be back!

Love this boutique hotel. The location is great, rooms are modern and spacious with amazing cityscape views (and on nice days mt Fuji!). The in-room snacks and beverages were awesome too, and included!!! Great value compared to Edition and Janu, which were amazing as well but in a completely different price bracket.

Friendly staff , easy checking - no Expedia VIP benefit or mentionned. Breakfast staff needs a lot of training, forgot my order, brought the wrong things twice.

Everything are good, except Bed is not my type, it is a bit hard and tough. and bed mattress not thick enough,

Loved the free minibar with fulsome selection and an excellent layout for each room.

神宮外苑の花火大会の為に家族で宿泊しました。駐車場での車の引き渡し、受付での説明などスタッフの対応に大変誠意を感じました。部屋の設備や清潔度など申し分ありません。バスルームのアメニティも充実していて、無料のミニバーには飲み物やスナックなど充分過ぎるほど用意されていました。朝にはレストランでモーニングドリンクのサービスがあり、チェックアウト時刻も12時なので出発準備もゆったりとできました。また機会を見つけて再訪したいと思います。

I love staying at The Aoyama Grand. It's been my favorite hotel in Tokyo for the past 5 years. I have visited around six or seven times: a beautiful property, amazing rooms, and an extraordinary location.
