A great hotel, we came for an event and the hotel was very convenient and good. We did not eat at the hotel so I am unable to comment on this. However, we did have a drink in the bar and we did have to replace the glasses about 3 times as they were all dirty. The staff seemed to lack training in customer service skills. The same 2 drinks, cost a different amount each time.

Great! Room feels spacious. The kind staff accommodated our toddler with a high chair. Last but not least: it is super conveniently located for the Silverstone driving experience (bridge directly linking the hotel to the briefing area)! Would definitely come back for the next F1 Grand Prix !!!

Insufficient staff on hand to deal with demand, breakfast not great and room quite open plan, which is fine but as there isn’t a distinct bathroom (frosted glass shower, separate toilet and sink in the room) it can be a little open if you sharing!!

It was an ideal place to stay for us as we were at Silverstone Circuit for a race meeting and the convenient location of the hotel means we will use it again. Did not get a chance to use the facilities but maybe next time. Parking was good, room was clean and the what contact we had with staff was a helpful and friendly one.

Friendly staff, free room upgrade, lovely property bar and restaurant. Clean and well presented room and very comfortable bed

The bedroom was dirty, clearly hadn’t been cleaned, used tissues on the floor, mints on the door and on the skirting board, a little disappointing after a long day training

Stayed to attend British GT weekend. Dinner was excellent. We did not have breakfast so cannot comment. Staff helpful. Our toilet cistern stopped working on second morning and hotel advised on check out. Staff concerned and apologised profusely. Would stay again.

Check-in was excellent, shame I didn't get offered a track view room. Disappointed that the rooftop bar wasn't open on such a glorious day.

Clean room, comfortable bed, nice staff, good food and excellent location

The room was clean but the sofa bed was so close to the actual bed we couldn’t get out and with the shower and toilet having a glass door and being in the room with no separate bathroom there was no where to change having our 15 year old son with us wich then felt uncomfortable to have a shower, the breakfast juice was so watered down you would have to call it orange squash not juice and the bacon was smoked which isn’t really to everyone’s taste no one told us there was an option for any other type of eggs and I cut my had on the balcony metal top bit when sat by it watching the racing, for a Hilton hotel that cost a lot for one night I was disappointed to be honest

I had a generally pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly overall, with some providing especially good service, though there is still a bit of room for improvement in consistency. The highlight was definitely the view overlooking the F1 race track, which was absolutely the best and made the stay quite special. However, the bathroom design could be improved. The placement of the towel hooks was not very convenient, which made it slightly uncomfortable to use. Overall, a good stay with a fantastic view, but a few small details could be refined to enhance the experience.

Everything fabulous

Well placed for a visit to the Silverstone museum and karting. Room comfortable enough for an overnight stay with our son. Slightly weird arrangement for shower/toilet which are both separate and open into the main room. The cups/spoons in the room didn't appear to have been washed. The restaurant food was good, service was very slow, though staff were friendly. Breakfast was self serve, food good and staff friendly. Reception were friendly and helpful too.
