its close to the airport. Best option for more than 2 adults, its very hard to find hotels which are available for more than 2 adults. Each person can have their own bed, which is really a convinence factor

It was noisy and towels are not clean. They only have 4 hairdryers so I had to call every time.

Property as described - sometimes in Mumbai you never know what you're getting but this was an awesome value for the money. Property was clean, in excellent condition and bathrooms were very clean. Towels also thick and soft. Would definitely stay here again. Staff is also very helpful and parking on site was free.

Room is small considering room rate. Bed was comfort to sleep. Breakfast was good.

The room service is prompt, and the entire staff, from reception to the restaurant, is both professional and incredibly friendly, consistently delivering top-tier service. For solo travelers, this hotel provides a safe and secure environment. The cleanliness is impeccable, and the fresh fragrance throughout the hotel is a pleasant touch. Overall, it's great value for money, and I would confidently rate my experience 100/100.

Friendly, comfortable and clean hotel close to Mumbai airport. Staff very polite and good food too.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Auris. Nothing bad to say. Room was comfortable and clean, maybe slightly on the smaller side for a triple room. Breakfast had a good variety and the hotel staff were always friendly and helpful. The restaurant underneath was really nice. Overall enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

Good service, clean

The in-room TV, safe and fridge all were not working. We informed the staff and they did absolutely nothing. Further the same night we checked-in to our our room, we observed another staff checking-in a group of 8 men to another room on the same floor. They had the appearance of laborers. We asked the staff who they were and they said they were all guests. 8 men in a single room meant for 3 people? We did not feel safe.
