Really enjoyed staying at this hotel. Friendly staff and a welcoming environment in the lobby.

It exceeded my expectations…

Good hotel

Didn’t care for the breakfast.

I had never heard of Tru by Hilton but I was impressed. The room was clean and spacious. The complimentary breakfast the next morning was really good. The lobby / seating area had a modern casual feel. I really liked the vibe of this hotel.

Very happy with the cleanliness. The room and hotel is very modern and new. The included breakfast was good and had a lot of options, plus there were other snacks available for purchase.

Super pet friendly!

In town for soccer games.

Great location. Small rooms but pet friendly and easy going friendly staff.

I apricate the cleanliness of the room.

When we checked in and went up to our room, the room temp was 58 degrees..it took forever to warm the room up, and during our stay we could never regulate the temperature..it was either too cold, or hot..2 of the 3 days we had to call down because our tv wouldn’t work. Not impressed at all

We had a great time. Staff was friendly

There was a roach in my room, it was super gross but I killed it. The worst part was there is no elevator so if you're like me and traveling with heavy luggage you have to carry it yourself to the 3rd floor and then later carry it down. I wouldn't stay here again simply because of that.

Check in seamless, loud AC in room #1( transferred rooms quickly and no issues from staff, room was ample, desk chair was gross(probly time to reupholster, looked like someone was brutally murdered on it and then they tried to clean out the blood stains😂) the bathrooms in the room rooms are a bit small and there’s no microwave or coffee maker in the room. Breakfast was good, nothing too amazing. There weren’t any extra blankets or pillows in the room so we did have to request them, but the staff was super quick and nice about getting them to us.
