We went to Boone NC for my Granddaughters wedding. There were lots of family from the bride and grooms family so we took over the lobby one evening and breakfast one morning. They were very accomadating to all of us.

The room, fitness center and breakfast area were all in top notch condition for all 3 nights we stayed. Very impressive.

Nice hotel. Very large common area with grills and utensils. Decent breakfast. Rooms are well stocked with kitchen needs.

TV was not working and as it was one night stay, did not bother about complaining

Great overnight stop, this was the 2nd TownePlace Suite we have stayed in and both were excellent and I will now try and book these hotels wherever we stay

Stayed for a week. Very clean. Nice staff. Well appointed rooms. Nice common area and pool. It was very comfortable for us.

Staff were very helpful, place was really clean, next to Boon main street with restaurants and shops. Great for the price. Breakfast quality could be greatly improved.

Dirty towels Lack of kindness when checking in

The staff work in the front desk is very nice, and the room is clean too. But the guest upstairs made too many noise until midnight. I think the hotel can make some signs like quiet hour to make sure the guest can get good rest.
