No hot water, no working internet, they say they have internet and hot water for showers but it never works. I could barely lock my room, no working tv, lights in bathroom did not work, curtains falling out of wall. Everyone of these issues was brought to management the first three days and nothing was done. I stopped complaining. Upon checking out they refused to give a receipt of my expenses just said I had to trust them and pat the bill. I expect a partial refund as I had to pay between 10- a day for internet and I expect a 15 a day for no hot water and 20 a day for all the other hassle. Food was adequate except when it wasn't( quite often cold). I also expect an itemized bill or a refund for what I paid!
