Our third visit to The Farmhouse. This is one of our favorite retreats in the world! Beautiful rooms, surrounds and people. And knowing that our monies spent are used for the local school and people makes the experience so much more rewarding. We love The Farmhouse!

It is a wonderful Hotel , it is so quiet and locely and a best place for Recreation

We were in Cambodia on a humanitarian mission and stayed for one night as a treat to ourselves since we were debating to head on to Pursat or not due to the conflict with Thailand. Happy that we decided against going and enjoyed our stay instead. We got so much inspirations from the farm tour and hope to emulate some aspects when we help develop and set up schools in other areas of Cambodia. The whole team was absolutely lovely. The ground was beautiful and peaceful which is such a contradiction to the chaos and possible war with Thailand that was taking place not so far away. Pray that it won't come it and nothing destroy this serenity.

Stay was good. Nice place. Had a problem with toilet kept refilling all night repeatly, so it kept waking me up. Othwrwisw things were good. Explained problem and they did apologize.

We stayed 7nights at the Farmhouse. We would everything. From the social project to the kindness and gratefulness of all the employees and the Farmhouse itself. We would definitely come back. We would like to say thank you especially to David and Mariya.

If Angkor Wat is a must visit tourist attraction to understand Cambodian history, Farmhouse Resort of Smiling Gecko is a must visit resort to relax, rejuvenate and to understand Cambodian culture and sadly its impoverished communities. By visiting and staying, not only you will be doing yourself a great favor by benefiting from its amazing and friendly Cambodian hospitality but you will play a role in helping Smiling Gecko to achieve its greater vision of offering a promising and sustainable education and future to those in needs.

Favorite place in SE Asia

Farmhouse Smiling Gecko is a great place. Unfortunately we went to this place for rest, and we got noise on Saturday and early Sunday morning. (5am). So, it's basically killed the weekend. Hope to have a better experience next time. We also wait 1 hours for some pancake at breakafst, finally left without eating.
