Our room was clean with bare minimum. We were four and only had two sets of towels. Bring your charging adapters as they do not have USB ports in the lamp or wall outlets. We did not use the kitchen amenities but they looked functional. Walls is so thin that we can hear the neighbors conversation. All the rooms seemed to have a sizable gap under the door and we heard a lot of traffic noise from the corridor (avoid the first floor). This place is "ok" if you're just staying for the night.

Room was absolutely caked in filth, and smelled of a combination of mildew and dog urine. The radiator/AC unit was absolutely vile and most likely the source of the smell of dog urine given the discolouration and dampness. The elevator was broken and clearly had been for quite some time, and while we were able to relocate to the ground floor for accessibility reasons, when we complained about the state of the room, we were told there were no other rooms available. However, two guests arriving later who had not booked in advance were given a room on the ground floor down the hallway from ours.

Very smelly! Found some stains. Shower was dirty and hair was in the bottom of the shower.

This place met all our needs and the beds were very comphortable I've paid for more expensive rooms and the beds and pillows were not as good as this place

Dirty everything and broked

It was not a great stay, the room was dirty, and only got one square of open soap, and one 2 oz shampoo. Did not get our room made up (there for two days). They only saving grace was the beds were comfortable

Property is good I have stayed many times over the passed few years only issues at the moment is the Elevator is down and having to lug all your stuff up stairs is a pain 😢

Our room was clean and staff friendly. Air conditioning worked. Hallways smelled awful - like damp and mouse poop. Elevator and ice machine out of order. The bed was a bit wobbly.

Property should have guidelines about noise levels for guests after hours. Especially for people with noisy children. Sleep was sometimes difficult.

Things fell apart quickly when poor attitude of front staff, no working elevator, then a room was given at the other side of the motel and on the second floor - then i saw the ice machines were also not working and i still have a deposit to be returned from this one day visit - the only reason i rebooked was business as this place is close - lets see if things change

Absolutely disgusting every surface and door handle is sticky the staff is rude and I was yelled at and pushed by the manager
