I wasn’t aware of the guest that stay at this what I thought was a hotel but more like a motel. I did not feel safe at all once I saw my room which looked nothing like what I saw on the site. And I could smell smoke from other rooms I knew I had to get out. Expedia is now working to have a full refund since I did not stay and I did not feel safe in that environment. I suggest that you do not book a room at this motel. It was sketchy.

People yelling in the halls most of the night will not stay there again and would not recommend for anyone to stay there

I checked out after 1 hour. I waited 10 minutes at check In because no staff available. Flies in the room. Bathroom had stains. There was a clicking noise coming from the bathroom so I left. I’m currently asking for a refund but my money is most likely gone 1 out of 10

Overall experience was ok - nothing exceptional to highlight.

No staff mannerism. Not professional. They will hold your deposit for 10 days, and will say it out loud proudly

You get what you pay for. The bathroom had roaches and we saw a few roaches in the hallway too. No bedbugs, though. So thats a win.

Disgusting room. Dirty, filthy, shabby. Threadbare sheets and towels. Bathroom old, stained. Checked in, looked room and left. Hard to believe they actually think they can rent those rooms.

Mosquitoes in room, bright lighting

The floor was quite dirty - my wife wanted to clean the drool from our dog, and when she wiped it with a paper towel, it was evident that the floor hadn't been moped well. Otherwise, the unit was comfortable, spacious and quite adequate for one night's stay.

Room was ok. I can say average

The room was very quiet which was great,however the bathtub was not cleaned at all.

Parking was very easy and cheap. The hallways need a little maintenance and it smelled kind of weird but the room itself was clean and well maintained. The staff are kind and helpful. There is only one elevator so sometimes we had to wait for a while. Overall the stay was great.

Well towel was dirty and there was cockroach that guess told me had in his room and got trasfer in a other room then there sign saying there spare for bug

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Here are the reasons: - The room had an overwhelming smell of chlorine and bleach. - The floor looked like it had just been soaked with bleach. - When I complained and asked to be moved to another room, I was told the hotel was fully booked. Instead, a staff member came to the room, sprayed air freshener, and told me I would receive a discount. - The walls were extremely thin, and I could clearly hear the noisy neighbours. - There was a coffee machine with coffee provided, but there was no coffee pot, no coffee filters, and not even any cups. - The cupboards were empty and dirty, and the fridge was dirty as well. - There was a TV in the room, but it wasn't even plugged in. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had.
