Nice staff, free amenities were so good the products for face and hair, close to walking in shopping areas, very close walking to art museums.

住的房間是有窗的，唯一缺點，是日落後房間明顯燈光不夠，安裝的燈光只是集中該位置之下。

従業員の方は外国人が大半でしたが、とても誠実で丁寧な対応をしてもらいました、表情や言葉遣いなども良く とても気持ち良い滞在をさせてくれるホテルだと思います

全般的に良かったです。通天閣の近くで歩きやすいですね。

立地が特に良く、通天閣、ジャンジャン横丁に歩いて行けます。 従業員さんや清掃の方の感じも良く気持ち良く過ごせました。 お部屋も清潔でした。 不便だったのは、綿棒がフロントにあり、部屋にはついていなかったことでした。

繁華街で楽しめました。

Location is great!! Walking distance to Tsutenkaku Tower. There’s a convenient store just across from it. It also is accessible to the subway and Don Quijote & Daiso. It’s near the restaurants and food stalls. Our room and bathroom are small (very typical of Japanese hotels). Staffs are helpful and friendly. Will definitely stay here if ever I visit Osaka again.

Sehr saubere Unterkunft. Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommen. Sind eine Nacht früher abgereist aufgrund einer privaten Planänderung und auch das ging problemlos. Lediglich die Straße an der das Hotel angrenzt ist Nachts extrem laut, wodurch wir einige mal aus dem Schlaf gerissen wurden.

You have a pleasant atmosphere to welcome youe guests. The staffsare polite and very helpful to your guests.The housekeeper are very nice and very considerate that give way to the guests as the latter to use the facilities.i love the food choices at the buffet table ...quite healthy.I would give a 9/10 rating even if it's in a downtown area. Thank you very much.

駅から近く、清潔で、朝食もおいしくて、何もかもお値段と見合っていて、ちょうど良かったです。 気持ち良く滞在できました。

快適に過ごさせて頂きました。

浴簾有異味，shampoo內有奇怪液體，擠頭幾泵是水狀液體而不是shampoo，有點噁心。

The hotel staff were polite and helpful. Location is very convenient, a short less than 5 mins walk will take you to the trains line that brings you around Osaka. Many 24hrs convenient stores. Just that the toilet is small.

駅近で近くに飲食店も多く便利でした。お部屋も綺麗で、機会があればまた利用したいです。

The hotel is just 5 min walk to the shinseki which offers a good range of supper and drinking options. It is also near to the osaka metro line which brings you to the town easily. A good place to come back to if i were to revisit osaka

日本地方房間小小都算正常，因為是快閃距離動物園站很近出去都很方便，就在通天閣附近，所以附近都很熱鬧，早餐質素不錯
