The hotel was very nice however, the photos are completely deceiving. The posting shows a pool with two slides outdoors, and there is no outdoor pool at all nor any slides

Nothing but happy smiles and services.

Stains on the floor and AC not working properly. Just gross and not 4-star hotel quality... not even close. Maybe 1 star or 2 star at most.

The lady that checked us in was great. Wish I could remember her name!!

I booked double beds and it wasn't available. I also booked based off amenities listed and pictured, however there was not breakfast included nor waterslides. Also I chose a double bed but it wasn't available.

Great location for our event st the LeConte Center and within walking distance to other venues

Location was in the middle of everything so that was good loved the bridge out back that went over to the island staff was friendly especially the front desk gal (five star for her) the pool area is very small pictures on line make it look a whole lot larger breakfast is not free thought it was advertised as being included but maybe i am mistaken the hallways were extremely hot they did have plenty pillows in the room which was greatly appreciated. overall a decent stay

Close proximity to conference center. Quick staff response for any need. My only regret is there was no outdoor pool, but that was my mistake for not paying close attention when booking.

The property was a bit old, and the staff wouldn't let us check in until after 3:30pm. Unfortunately, the bathroom was dirty and had hair in it.

I didn't like the wifi service or the overall look of the hotel for the price that was paid.

The carpet was ripped up in the corner. Pull out was terrible. Bathroom has something all over the walls. Not sure if it was like or blood. Hairs on the floor

Very nice

Pictures are misleading on this hotel. It was just ok, with service being just ok, room being cramped and just ok. Best part of the hotel is the bar downstairs and the bartender.

Nice walking path to the island. The bar/resteraunt in the hotel is awesome and the staff are very friendly!
