Nice place at a fair price. Very modern clean room. Lots of cruise passengers it seems so anticipate large groups coming and going. Convenient location.

Nice central location. The onsite vegetarian restaurant was a lovely surprise. Staff could have been more responsive at times .

There is a surprising layout of the room with the bed right in the centre which is unusual. A number of stains on the pillows and the towels was a real put off.

Excellent location close to the Sky tower. Insufficient opening hours of the roof top bar (closed 2100h on a Saturday). No upgrade offered. Mediocre breakfast.

Our last stay at Sudima a couple of weeks ago was better. Check in was very good, but else reception was ok, but not the best. Still a good 4 out of 5!

Nice hotel and rooms close to most things we wanted to see in the few days we were here. Lots of construction going on around the area.

I had booked a junior suite and, to my surprise, I received an exceptionally nice room with great service! There was even a hand-written welcome letter as well as a plate with some fruit and pralines on it as a welcome gift. The hotel is located near sky city which is in a five minute walking distance. Soon there will also be a train stop in sky city so you don't have to take the bus to get to the CBD. As a vegetarian I was delighted to see that the restaurant located on the ground floor is a completely vegetarian Asian restaurant. It is more on the pricier side but everything was perfect! I really enjoyed my stay here - I will definitely look for Sudima hotels first for my next stay. However, I also have to note things that I didn't like: - You can find a note in your room that you shouldn't buy bottled water but instead fill your own bottles with tap water because it is safe to drink. While that is totally true, I really could not stand the taste of the tap water. The chlorine was way too strong, especially if the water wasn't chilled, and therefore I would recommend to provide complimentary filtered water - One morning I discovered a huge spider that made its way into my room by crawling up the sink of the bathtub

Everything was excellent, exerpt the vallet service, the person on the desk forgot we were waiting on them to collect our car for us.

Hi. Great property with nice staff. I was in standard room which had inadequate desk space for working. So if business traveller best to get a room upgrade. Otherwise super nice experience.

Excellent location for Auckland City Centre. Superb service. Friendly, courteous and helpful. Will certainly stay here next time.
