ใกล้กับร้านอาหารท้องถิ่น

My experience with this hotel is the worst. Starting with upon check in I don't know what the problem is with their system. Btw my name is the same and appears in the check in system but the issue is my booking number isn't the same as what the website gives me. And the staff are rude and say to me cancel my booking but everything is done paid. I called customer service twice because of this issue. Lastly when I successfully checked in, I found no towel provided and the TV had no signal. This is my bad experience. I feel dissatisfied with the receptionist in front of that hotel.
