Excellent place to stay and safe

The floor of the room and bathroom was a little dirty as well as the toilet. But everything else was great!

This was a clean and comfortable place to stay for the night

Nothing wrong with the room it was the staff. The room was very dirty. The sheets were dirty and so was the floor. There was a red something sticky spilled underneath the bed And the sheets had a yellow stain. Also the microwave was in Spanish which I guess if fine I've just never seen it before. Just let this be your last option.

The property for the most part was good. The toilet was not stable; it rocked when you sat on it.

Improve the outdoor area

Was very nice. Nice and helpful staff. Newly renovated

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in a while and had not one problem. From check in to check out everything was absolutely wonderful. Very clean and smelled wonderful!!! I don’t know what was in the room but every time we stepped back in, it smelled as if it was freshly sprayed with Lysol!!!

Clean

The staff was great. I did notice our bedsheets had some hair on them that didn’t belong to like or my husband, there was hair on the shower walls and stains on the walls in there. The room itself was clean and the WiFi was great. My husband and I did get stuck in the elevator and had to pry the door open ourselves. But other than that it was great! Although not the hotels fault, there were some very loud occupants that would yell and run in the hallways.

Room was clean and inviting.

The shower wasn'tclean. We could see old soap & dirt on the walls of the shower. The breakfast was what is expected at a Wingate hotel. Over all it was a great nights stay.

Breakfast service and options were terrible. Didn’t appreciate the shortage the minute the breakfast started.

The smell of the room could have been better

We stayed in the third floor and no elevator service. I have respiratory disability and stuck on third floo, the front desk person did offer to assist just to make sure we left on time for checkout. Left number for manager to offer assistance

Towels need to be replaced. Too dingy.

Property appears new. Staff was polite and very attentive.

I was on first floor in room 113 whom ever was on the second floor they must have had a WWE Battle royal because the noise from them jumping up and down shook my room I finally called the front desk to complain. And it died down other than that it was very clean and I will definitely come back
