Very disappointing experience. The property was advertised on Expedia as Sprout Rooms, but when we arrived, the building was labeled King Williams. Even the hotel’s business card and toiletry bag said Sir Williams. This was extremely confusing and made me question whether we were even at the correct property. As a traveler, this is also a serious safety concern I should not arrive at a hotel with a completely different name from the one I booked. The hotel was difficult to find, and the listed phone number did not work. Expedia also tried calling the property and was unable to reach them. The room itself was very outdated, the Wi-Fi did not work, and the TV was not working. A housekeeping employee told us the TV “stops working at midnight,” which I found very strange. I am also extremely disappointed with how Expedia handled my complaint. I expected Expedia to provide better protection when a property does not match important details in its listing. Instead, I felt my concerns about the misleading property information and my safety were not taken seriously. This goes beyond poor amenities. A hotel advertised under one name but operating and displaying another name, combined with an unreachable phone number, should be investigated by Expedia. Future guests deserve accurate information before they book and arrive.

The room has a lot of cockroaches and the air-conditioning was leaking.
