For the price that you pay for a room, you would think that this hotel would be clean. The wallpaper on the wall is Shawty work the showers had grime and broken tiles. The front entrance to the building in the lobby was filthy and had food all over the floors for a brand new hotel I was expecting way more pride of the property coming from owners. The pool was also freezing cold.

We loved our stay. The room was very clean and the bathroom was beautiful with its own separate bathtub and separate glass shower, however, the shower didn’t seem to have much pressure and it took forever to rinse off soap and get shampoo and conditioner out, the would be the only suggestion I would recommended is to adjust the pressure of the shower. Still 5/5 in my opinion. Oh, although it is not up to the hotel but it would be nice if the Denny’s attached to the hotel was 24 hours like the other location.

It was clean with plenty of well lit parking. I felt safe travelling alone. A safe quiet part of the city and easy to get to everything I needed! I didn’t utilize the restaurants but did run across the street for a TH coffee in the morning, super convenient.

First off, the entire property offers only 2 handicap parking spots, if you require one of those, good luck. I choose this hotel because it was listed at VIP Access property and I was suppose to received a $17 food and beverage credit. In the past I received a coupon which I could use at Chops or Dennie’s. At check in when I asked about this, the front desk clerk just said no, I am not getting any. I mentioned that according to the Expedia listing I will receive this credit, she did not care and said I need to be member of the Sandman reward program. Any attempt to get management to comment remain unanswered. I guess this make my decision easier when I look for a hotel on my next trip in 3 weeks. Next the room payout (room 301) was strange. The bed was straight in from the door. Your head would be by the door and any light shining through would shine right into your face. This is an odd setup. In other hotels the bed would be on the other side of the room and the furniture would be where the headboard was.

It was an okay stay. The internet wasn't the best connection. Would be good if there was a smart TV since I stayed for 5 days. Beds were comfy.

Great hotel in Saskatoon. Nicely furnished and conveniently located on the ring road. It was a nice touch to have two restaurants attached.

Sandman was great place to stay in Saskatoon. will be back to that place next time.

AC UNIT IN ROOM WAS MAKING TO MUCH NOISE HARD TO SLEEP IN THE NIGHT.

It’s mainly clean, usual areas are cleaned like floors and surfaces but hard to reach or quarterly cleaned areas seem to be missed, light fixtures, all corners are filled with dirt from not sweeping or being vacuumed and ledges, baseboards are full of old dust.

No coffee cups in the room.

Great hotel with excellent fully equipped suites. It is the best of both worlds; hotel amenities with the space of a condo. Would definitely consider staying here next time I’m in Saskatoon.

I stayed for 4 nights and had placed th refresh room on the door handle when I left the room each day. My room was not cleaned once in these 4 days. I had let the front desk know after day 3 they said they would let house keeping know and my room still wasn’t clean. When I checked in as well the first day I stayed on the 3rd floor the hallway smelled like sewer. My 4 nights which was a Sunday there was multiple parties on every floor where I complained about noises and nothing was done. I ended up leaving my hotel room at 4AM. Mind you this was May long weeknd.
