Everything was great, third time staying here

La colazione è fantastica, davvero ricca con possibilità di variare tra le diverse proposte. Gentile e cordiale tutto il personale, sia alla reception che in sala. Ottima posizione dell'albergo, vicino alle principali attrazioni ma su una strada silenziosa. Camere pulite e confortevoli. Unica nota: la standard room guarda su un cortile interno, ha una finestra a vasistas e obbliga a tenere tende tirate per non essere visti dal corridoio. Per una notte va benissimo, per soggiorni più lunghi consiglio altre stanze. La cosa non è evidente dai siti di Expedia, meglio segnalata invece su Booking.

The rooms smelled every time we walked in. Recommend an air freshner in the room. The temperature was too hot even with the central heat turned off and window open. Consider a fan. Finally, the room was a bit dry as well, consider a humidifier

The staff is wonderful! They are nice and try to help. The hotel is located in center. The breakfast is tasty. But we cannot order more than 1 coffee and more than 1 cup of orange juice. I prefer buffet.

Sauber, gute Lage. Aber leider hatte unser Zimmer nur ein winziges Fenster zum überdachten Innenhof, wo auch die Fluchttreppe ist. Dadurch keine Möglichkeit zu Lüften, außerdem mussten wir den Vorhang immer geschlossen halten, da ansonsten jeder auf dem Stockwerk aus dem Treppenhaus ins Zimmer schauen kann

2 gün kaldım temiz merkezi konumda küçük şehir oteli lüks değil ama güzel tavsiye ederim. Kahvaltısıda güzeldi. Çalışanlar çok yardımcı oldu restaurant rezervasyonlarımı onlar yaptı hatta sağolsunlar.

Alles ok. Frühstück im A la carte Style war sehr gut. Die Lage des Hotels sehr zentral und nah zu den Hauptattraktionen.

Staff are amazing. Helpful, friendly, all you could ask for. The room was clean and a good size. Location was convenient to the major tourist sites. I would stay here again.

Localização excepcional!

Great location (that is honestly the only positive thing about this hotel). When u stay in a « boutique » hotel for 4 nights and u pay ur room over 200Eur you’d expect to have at least a window in ur room. I’ve never been in my life in a room where u don’t have any natural light in the room as the window faces indoor staircases not the outside. So u must always have the lights on and curtains closed whether it’s 9am, 4pm or 3 am. Doesn’t matter. If you decide to open the curtains, every single person can see you when leaving their room. We have complained and the staff simply proposed to us the exact same room but just a bit further from ours… lights in the toilet didn’t work/ you could hear people leaving at 4 am to catch their flights/ the cleaning ladies every morning at 8 am shouting with the doors open/ breakfast: even included, u must pay for ur second coffee if u want one… honestly chocking for a 4* hotel. We had breakfast once there and preferred to go outside and enjoy Greek food. I do not recommend at all this hotel !! The only positive point is the location which allowed us to enjoy nice restaurants and bars in the area
