The cook who bartended on Wednesday, July 30th was absolutely amazing!

Was convenient and clean

Staff was friendly and hard working. There was free soup in the afternoon. Covered parking was great during a large thunderstorm.

Motel was great. LOTS of construction around the Mayo area is frustrating.

The staff was always willing to help. We loved the breakfast and the option for soup in the evenings; however, sometimes there wasn’t enough soup for the demand. We didn’t get a taste of it, but it looked delicious. When we booked our room, we were led to believe there was a bathtub, as listed in the room description. There was also a picture of a full sized refrigerator in one of the advertising photos. Those weren’t an option, so it was a bit misleading. We were told that the staff at the Hyatt has sent multiple messages to Expedia to change this in the online description, but it doesn’t seem to get done. Overall, we had a nice stay and would definitely book there again.

This hotel is lovely. We had a one bedroom unit and it worked out beautifully. The only negative thing was the lack of cookware and storage containers in the kitchen but that was a minor inconvenience. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was very good. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Ramp Full. Metered Parking. Need to move car by 8 a.m. Hard when parking lot is still full and you have an appointment at Mayo at 7 a.m. I got a ticket and staff said...sorry, not our problem.

The room was clean and spacious, beds were comfortable and it had a little kitchenette. The parking garage was full, and we had to park on the street where we could see broken bottles and intoxicated people walking around. It wasn’t the safest area to leave a vehicle.

This is a great hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Wonderful breakfast! The rooms are great and have a kitchenette and living room area. Very comfortable. Nice landscaping around the hotel! Mayo shuttle service is very helpful! The pink flamingo shuttle and drivers are very uplifting and kind.

Comfortable hotel with great amenities! My only suggestion would be have a better coffee situation in the morning as it runs out quickly and doesn’t stay warm in the dispensers. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay.

Microwave and phone did not work. Staff could not fix.

We were not told that the room would not be cleaned for our 3 day visit. Also, the parking ramp filled each night and my husband is handicapped so it was a big issue. But the room itself is awesome and perfect for our needs! Also the staff was nice and the breakfast was nice as well.

Helpful staff. TV remote was missing in our room and they brought a new one up quickly

If I have to go to the Mayo Clinic, I always stay here. Great breakfast, great prices, and they are ready to help make your stay comfortable.

Nice hotel. There’s a railway line that goes right by the hotel that is probably going to wake you up in the middle of the night. They blow the horn for what send like 10 minutes!! I never heard that train when I stayed at a different hotel about a half mile away. I declined room service most days with a do not disturb sign, on the day I did want room service they emptied the bins and gave me a couple of fresh towels but didn’t clean anything, didn’t vacuum the floor or make the bed, so service wasn’t great.

Room was very clean and set up so TV could be viewed from all locations in the room. Bathroom shower was very nice and had enough pressure to rinse my hair, which many hotels do not. Fairly close to Mayo Clinic.
