Everything was great. Just wish there was a way to access streaming services besides crackle and YouTube. Time to upgrade to smart TVs.

Good overall. Lobby and restaurant/bar were not cooled well.

We had a lovely stay at Margaritaville in Jacksonville, FL. The 2 queen hotel room with balcony was wonderful. Drinking Water in room is free. No microwave. $20 to have someone come to room to heat it up for you. Fitness room has a water fountain to refill your bottle. Ice machine is by main elevator on each floor. Bathroom was well maintained and plentiful of towels. Shower pan can be slippery with soap suds. All Staff were friendly. Resturant options were delicious. Sunscreen and Aloe at Joes Merchant is $20. Bring your own. We would have enjoyed having the option to use Netflix, Hulu etc on the TV during down town. You Tube, crackle and limited cable channels were avail. Elevator was a little adjustment with hotel room card to get to all floors but that could be my patience that needs work. Valet is $27 a day. We would stay there again.

I reserved a corner suite and the room was spacious but the shower was smaller than my refrigerator at home. Had lots of trouble with the electronic door locks and i had to find a maid in the hall just to have a roll of toilet paper. The TVs had problem with their pictures and after twice going to the front desk and being promised it would be solved quickly nobody ever came. To make it worse when I checked out after 2 nights the man the the front desk assured me that someone had gone to my room and had fixed the problem.

Didn’t like that the hospital staff told me I had to wait an hour for rags and towels also i needed an item from the restaurant closed to early…….no complimentary breakfast like advertised……,the elevators suck or they are off track

Stayed for a business trip. Room was great and property was nice. Perfect for walking and beautiful beach.

The location is excellent—right on the beach—and the hotel feels clean and fairly new. The lobby is beautiful and welcoming. However, the bathroom design could use rethinking: rolling doors that don’t lock and a half-glass shower that causes water to splash all over the floor. A towel on the ground became a necessity. Also, the pool area would really benefit from a hot tub. One more thing—“It’s Five O’Clock Somewhere” plays constantly. I get it—it’s Margaritaville—but hearing it every ten minutes feels excessive. Still, I’d consider returning if the price is right.

We asked several times to fix the A/C and they kept saying someone was going to come up and fix it but it was never fixed.

Uncooperative staff and management.

Rooms clean and matched pics, location was convenient to Mayo Clinic. The thermostat in bedroom not matching temperature was hot set at 63 degrees. Refrigerator didn’t work and there was no ice in machine on 8th floor

It was very nice. A resort type vibe and very upbeat. Nice beach!

Overall it was a good experience, location, dining options were great. Booked a room with balcony but there was no balcony to speak of just a two foot wide area that you could not even stand on. ,

I enjoyed my stay and will definitely visit again.

Nice location but very warm in hallways. Room got a little humid at night. It was good not great. I expected more from this brand.

Great beach location. Pleased with the ocean view king room with balcony. We requested a room cleaning and new towels one of our days but this was not done. Staff was great to work with. Nice to have the restaurant and bar onsite. Beach services were provided by a third party but need to contact day before if you want chairs set up by 9 AM.
