My stay was a mazing at mercure hotel, I loved the location it was walking distance from all attractions, and it was between the water and the shopping area,,, couldn’t ask for a better experience.

This is a great hotel. It’s definitely a place I would stay at again and recommend to everyone I know. Right as you walk in the inviting aroma is fantastic. And the staff OUTSTANDING! You can absolutely see they love their job and want you to love your stay! Luisa was at the front desk once we arrived and she remembered who I was and what i needed from messages I sent the hotel. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ service , rooms , breakfast , location. If your debating stop now. Book this place. You won’t be disappointed !

Great hotel. Excellent location. Very nice helpful staff. Good point is the ability to use pool, gym and showers after checking out. Useful if you have a late flight.

Ett mycket bra hotell med ett fantastiskt läge. Ligger centralt men trots det är det väldigt lugnt på hotellet. Ok frukost. Litet poolområde men för att vara centrala Porto är det bra. Trevlig personal.

The hotel is in a great location to see all the sights and sounds! It’s welcoming, the room is laid out well and is decorated exceptionally well. It has a great vibe, welcoming staff, and a great morning buffet. The pool is small, but a nice addition especially with near 40 degree temperatures. I strongly recommend!

Centrally located and just steps from Sao Bento Rail Station. Tons of restaurants close by. Very clean hotel and well-priced if you have more than 2 travellers. Their connecting rooms are cheaper than getting two separate rooms at other hotels. Lots of privacy with sliding doors to bathroom and shower. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Would recommend our room with a balcony over the garden and pool. Room was modern, very clean, comfy bed and excellent shower. Loved relaxing on sunbeds in the morning at the before a day of walking. Excellent location. Staff friendly and helpful.

Absolutely happy to stay in this hotel, very clean and modern looking. pool area, and café It was extremely beautiful and feel like oasis in the middle of the city. excellent selection for breakfast for 17 $ super comfy bed with the crispy white linen. most important people who work in the hotel, super friendly and really help you with anything. and speak perfect English. easy to walk everywhere nice restaurants, and coffee shop nearby.!!!

Had an amazing stay. The staff were incredibly kind and the hotel was beautiful + very clean. It was in a great area and in walking distance to everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Friendly front desk, but room cleaning needs improvementThe reception staff were incredibly nice and welcoming, but the housekeeping service definitely needs improvement. A cleaning staff member accidentally broke a cup in our room, but left numerous glass shards all over the floor and even some on the bed, which was quite dangerous. Fortunately, after we reported the issue to the reception, another staff member came immediately and cleaned everything up thoroughly. While the quick resolution was highly appreciated, I hope management trains their housekeeping team better to prevent such safety hazards.
