I love the layout of the place. Room with twin beds was not made up. I made the reservation on a Tuesday, 5 days before the trip, called to try and cancel within 3 hours of making the reservation ( due to a person getting sick) and was told I could cancel with no refund no matter what the reason was. I think this should have been noted prior to making the reservation. With Covid being so severe there should be a little more understanding about the need to cancel. I would prefer to stay somewhere that does not allow covid sick people to stay in the rooms. After paying over $500 to stay for 2 nights who would not just show up? I did not realize the taxes and fees cost almost as much as the room.
