This property said they do not work with Expedia yet Expedia had taken money from me already. When I tried to follow up, no one is helping me including expedia. Both are big let downs. Do not pay with expedia when going to this hotel the reception will tell you they do not deal with any 3rd party and will charge you again. No one will help you, you will be on your own

Hotels.com charged me for a room that was reserved and then getting to Prince hotel I was informed they have no affiliation with hotels.com ! So what exactly is going on? I had to pay twice! And I have already reported this issue with my bank!!!! Aside from that the hotel receptionist was extremely rude and the manager was badly behaved and so condescending! Just horrible!!!
